When I first arrived on site I was greeted by a great salesman, Sonny Patel.  I wasn't looking to buy anything at that moment I was just looking to see the types of vehicles Honda has.  I told him the vehicle I was driving and he asked me what I could see myself driving.  I told him what I liked and what I could afford considering I just got out of an accident.  He was totally understanding and willing to accommodate my needs.  He found the PERFECT CAR for me, a Honda EX-L, I absolutely love it!!  Sonny is a terrific salesman and I would definitely purchase another car from him in the future!  Thanks Sonny!!

My wife and I had a minor accident with our 2009 Honda CR-V and we took it to your service department and then to your body shop for repair estimates.  Ron Dworsky got involved with this and guided us through the whole process from contacting the insurance company to getting a 'whole car' back in a short amount of time.  Ron was continuously in contact with my wife and me throughout and was very thorough in explaining not only what he was doing and why, but explaining our options as well.  In particular, one of the 'non-accident' items that he got involved with was the unusual tire wear on our car.  They were rated at a '2' after only 15,000 miles.  Ron got in contact with the tire manufacturer's rep and negotiated us a very good deal on their replacement.  Ron will be installing those tires this week and we will have our 'whole car' back again.  Ron is a great example of the care, concern and genuine customer service that has kept us coming back to Mike Piazza Honda.  You will always have my business and my gratitude because of people like Ron.  My wife and I thank you for your exceptional service.

"Extraordinary Service Department"

My husband and I purchased a new 2003 Honda CR-V a number of years ago.  It was our first Honda.  We have had very few troubles with it, but when we needed service on the CR-V, your service department was outstanding.  In fact, I want to specifically mention Mr. Guy Conlan.  I wanted to make sure I was fully expressing how satisfied with your service department we are.  In fact, my husband's company, which is located in NE Philadelphia was in need of two new minivans.  They had decided to purchase Honda minivans.  They could have easily gone to a Honda dealer much closer to their site, but my husband wanted to be assured he would receive the best service, so he traveled the extra distance and purchased the first one from your dealership a couple of months ago and is purchasing the second one this week.  It is soley because of the service department, specifically Guy Conlan, he made that decision.  I just thought you should know what an extraordinary service department you have.

A short note to you and your staff, especially Alan Brace, for a different car buying experience.  I enjoy cars.  I'm a little odd in that I also enjoy the negotiating, give and take, and what others consider the hassle of dealing with "car people".  From the first quote given to my nephew, who also bought a CR-V from Allan, to the time I finished signing the lease papers on my CR-V, I realized there was no new car buying "fun" at your dealership.  The inital quote was respectful of the car information available these days, no handling off to three different people, time spent on the paperwork was at the absolute minimum, and the final price was more than fair.  If I could beat the depreciation factory, I'd buy every six months from Alan and Mike Piazza Honda.

I really want to highight the wonderful level of customer service extended to me by Bob Pringle.  On a drive home from work one night, my car was leaking fluid.  I called Mike Piazza and was connected to speak with Bob and explained the situation.  Bob called me back a few minutes later to let me know that there was a service bulletin out for this same problem on my Civic and told me to have my car towed to Mike Piazza.  Less than a week later, I had a new engine in my car at no cost.  Everyone in the service department that I dealt with during that time was great.  We truly believe in Hondas and our next purchase will definitely be another Honda from Mike Piazza!

In that time the only service issue we ever encountered was having to pay Honda USA to obtain the security code in order to use the radio after we replaced the battery. (The dealer from which we purchased the car used failed to provide us with the code).
